When we began the plans for the remodel, we wanted to create an atmosphere of well being with a touch of sophistication & elegance. And, as a result, we hope that you will agree with us that the end result is just that…

The walls have been sheetrocked, textured, and painted. New carpet & mirrors were installed & lighting upgraded. The kitchens & bathrooms were updated to reflect the elegance of a top rated hotel. The counter tops are now gorgeous granite. The unique & beautiful custom cabinets are now bamboo & reflect the warmth of the tropics. The stainless steel appliances are energy efficient & so nice to use! To round out the kitchens, we purchased new pots & pans, toasters, flatware, plates, etc. The list goes on!

The furniture & beds (Queens in the bedrooms, XL twins in the living room of 246, sleeper sofa in 250 ( beds the same as the Heavenly Beds at Westin Hotels - best quality for a good night's sleep), are new. The custom curtains in the living area have an organic feel to them, yet provide privacy with a blackout lining. The bedrooms now have plantation shutters that allow the sea breezes to flow through the unit.

We have new  LCD TV's with streaming apps such as Netflix (your own login required). Or, if surfing the Internet (rather than the waves) is your thing, we have fast wireless that allows you to check your e-mail from anywhere in the unit.
